Refund policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

The short version: if Cubemas isn't right for your family, ask within 14 days of buying, before your child has opened more than 3 of the paid presents, and you'll get your money back. If it doesn't work on your device, you'll always get your money back.

Try before you buy

The first 5 days of the calendar are free, with no card needed, so you and your kids can see exactly what Cubemas is like before paying anything.

14-day money-back promise

You can ask for a full refund of a Cubemas purchase when both of these are true:

  • It's no more than 14 days since you bought it.
  • No more than 3 paid presents (day 6 onwards) have been opened on that child's island.

Cubemas is a calendar you use up day by day, so once most of it has been opened we can't take it back. This covers both the full calendar ($9.99) and extra children ($4.99), and you can refund one child's calendar and keep the others.

If it doesn't work

If Cubemas doesn't run properly on your device and we can't fix it, or it isn't what we described, you'll get a full refund however long ago you bought it and however many presents were opened. Tell us what happened and which device you use.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email hello@cubemas.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your order number from the receipt), and which child's calendar it's for if you bought more than one.
  2. Or use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net.

What happens next

  • Our payment partner Paddle, the merchant of record for our orders, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with, including any tax you paid.
  • Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • The refunded child's calendar goes back to the free days. Their island, buddy and opened presents stay.

Your rights

The calendar starts as soon as you buy it. At checkout you agree to that, which means the general 14-day right to cancel online purchases no longer applies once the paid days are unlocked. This promise is offered on top of that, and it doesn't take away any other rights you have under consumer law where you live, for example if the game is faulty.
